As-is service

BurnTlk is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.

No warranty

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every session will connect on every network. You use BurnTlk at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BurnTlk for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Do not use the platform to send illegal content, harass others, distribute malware, or enable fraud or harm. You are responsible for what you choose to send between devices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BurnTlk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access to devices outside our control.

Ephemeral sessions

Sessions are meant to end when someone taps Burn, leaves, or closes the tab. You are responsible for ending sessions when finished and for confirming you are talking to the right person.
